SECOND CHANDIGARH FESTIVAL OF LETTERS

Chandigarh Sahitya Akademi will be organizing a three-day Festival of Letters.
The theme will be "CELEBRATING WORLD LITERATURES"
We wish to bring together creative writers and critics, media and film persons, academics and scholars from India and abroad.
